In this unusual time of a pandemic due to the COVID virus, of course we seek to be compassionate, flexible, and understanding…we must do our best to take care of each other (Matt. 7:12; Phil. 2:4).
That being said, how much is “enough” when it comes to assembling with the saints?
At a minimum, we come together on the Lord’s Day and remember the body & blood (1 Cor. 11:20, 33; 14:26)…but is that enough?
It will be “enough” when I love Jesus to the point that I put Him before all other people and things:
When I want to learn of Him more than I want to learn of other subjects.
When I want to praise the Lord more than I want to be entertained by tv shows.
When I want to be with the church more than I want to be with strangers on a field or in a gym.
